RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for products purchased directly from X-CRAFT within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. If the product has been used, altered, or damaged, we reserve the right to reject the return or charge a restocking fee.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@xcrafts.info. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance for your protection. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will not refund the original shipping costs.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund within 10 business days. We will issue the refund to the original form of payment, excluding any shipping costs or restocking fees.
Restocking Fees: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product's purchase price if the product has been used, altered, or damaged.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you must follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement.
